Ladder lifts

A ladder lift is a type of lifting equipment which consists of the carrier situated on guide rails. It is intended for transport of loads in a slanting manner by means of chain or rope hoists. In terms of their construction they are similar to ladders. Usually the are installed on the roof or another element of the building and the other end is situated on the ground. Such a platform lifts loads, e.g. construction materials, to higher levels. The devices are subject to technical inspection.

Ladder lifts are divided into:

  • rope lifts – with the rope hoist
  • chain lifts – with the chain hoist

In order to operate ladder lifts, the licence issued by the Bureau of Technical Inspection (Urząd Dozoru Technicznego) is required.

In our Centre you can enrol on the training course for ladder lifts. Thanks to it, you will obtain theoretical knowledge and you will participate in practical exercises preparing to operate the device. After the training course participants take the exam before the commission of the Bureau of Technical Inspection (Urząd Dozoru Technicznego).
